Delivery

If you wish to send flowers to someone, click on the category that best describes the occasion you wish to celebrate - Romance, Baby, etc. and see the range of arrangements available. 

If you wish to see a larger picture or would like to order the gift, click on the image of the flowers. Then click on the ORDER ONLINE button to proceed with the order. 

Please complete all the boxes on the order form. The boxes marked in asterisk are mandatory. This is to ensure we have all the necessary information to make a successful delivery. 

Click on the PROCEED TO SECURE ONLINE ORDERING button on the Order Confirmation page to proceed to the secure payment pages. The order is sent to us after you complete the payment pages. The final screen confirms your order number. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming your order details. 

Overseas Delivery

If you wish to send flowers to someone overseas, follow the process above but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. 

How do I know when you've received my order?

When your order is received, we will send you an email, by return, confirming receipt of that order. If there is a query on your order, we will make contact with you either by email or telephone. So please do make sure to enter your email address in the field specified on the order form. Please also make a note of your order number which appears on our final 'Thank You' page.

Alterations to your order

Please contact the customer liaison team (contact details below) if you need to amend aspects of your order once it has been placed. This may be a change of address or delivery date for example. If this is the case, then speed is of the essence. Please ensure you have the following information on hand:

Cancelling your order

Should you need to cancel your order, please notify the Customer Liaison Team at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date. The team will require the following information from you to cancel your order:

Security

The Ukpartners.net UK web site (http://www.ukpartners.net.) employs a number of security features to ensure that customers' transactions are kept safe from fraud or unauthorised misuse. 

Physical Security:
The Ukpartners.net web servers are hosted (situated) in a secure server room of their Internet Service Provider. The security system is linked directly to the police station. Only authorised personnel are permitted access to the server room, which remains locked at all times.

The Ukpartners.net web servers are situated on a secure network with limited access to the Internet. The network has a dual firewall set-up to ensure that no unauthorised persons can gain access to the secure section of the site. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. However we do not currently accept American Express cards.

Prices include all taxes and local delivery to almost anywhere in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands. 

Customers who request delivery in remote rural areas and overseas which are not covered by an Ukpartners.net florist will be advised of any additional charges. 

All products are subject to availability and Ukpartners.net reserves the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice. A £3.20 service charge is applicable on deliveries made within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands and £6.99 for the majority of deliveries made outside the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. In very rare cases this overseas service charge may vary. Wherever this is the case, the appropriate charge will be advised prior to ordering. 

This site is governed by English Law and orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of 18 years.
